Acting as one of the BIM Coordinators of the Company, establishing tailored strategies, speeding the CAD to BIM transition and enhancing the capabilities of the team. I helped introduce standardized workflows and templates and I presented Enscape and Navisworks as key Design & Build features to be used alongside Revit and the BIM360 platform on and off-site.
