We have achieved region-wide growth and are the 1st largest revenue-generating region in the company. I was managing annual revenue billings and expenses. I prepare weekly and monthly activity reports and present quarterly business plan report to the CEO and VP of Sales. I reorganized the 10-person region for greater effectiveness by reducing expenses, realigning sales staff, and redefining territories. As a result, our team has exceeded quarterly new account goals, with two-thirds exceeding their quarterly quota. Working with the sales team, I oversee sales strategies and assist with planning, presentations, and closings for critical accounts. I led the acquisition of the largest lab partnership in the company and manage partnerships with other national and significant independent labs in Pennsylvania.
