May. 2021--Lead the ground-up conceptualization, build, and implementation of email templates in AEM utilizing a new cross-channel reusable content infrastructure as well as dynamic data to get USAA Credit Card back into market and reduce Bank’s Credit Card content-related compliance risk by 40% within the first campaign in Oct. 2022, generating 6,500 new Credit Card product acquisitions within a single week
--Lead the successful launch of AEM content management on USAA Bank web pages & Adobe Campaign for email segmentation and deployment
--Spearhead organizational content democratization across marketing channels
--Create roadmaps for integrating multiple new technologies into the content process and manage a team of technology owners and content managers to deliver key milestones and address content-related federal compliance risk as well as create a more cohesive customer experience
--Bring together multiple teams to build and implement a brand-new Digital Asset Management system (DAM) across all Bank products, with content to be used across marketing channels --Translate business stakeholder needs into MarTech technology-driven solutions, while also translating MarTech capabilities into opportunities for business growth and improved customer experience
--Create, groom, and maintain healthy feature backlog tied to specific deliverables and budget
