Aug. 2011 - Sep. 2013Santa Clara, CA• Manage internal Sales Pipeline for all incoming RFPs and RFIs for entire Sales Force of 7, including CRO and CEO
• Liaise with the Sales Team to build strategic and dynamic proposals in response to RFPs from advertisers and agencies to achieve & exceed performance metrics; including blends of contextual, behavioral, audience and retargeting. • Acting Account Manager for West Coast Sales Representative covering strategic accounts: Charles Schwab, Jeep
• Work closely with West Coast and East Coast Ad Agencies providing top level customer service including but not limited to: campaign planning, IO generation, campaign management and execution, performance and optimization, month end reporting and accounting assuring smooth campaign order to execution • Continue to work with various supply sources such as Publisher Aggregators: Rubicon, Pubmatic, AdMeld as well as Google AdX, DFP/DFA, RMX to source new inventory as needed based on client demand
• Train new Account Managers and Media Buyers on processes, technology, media buying strategy and planning, network buying strategy as well as build new hire training materials and process documents.
