The business was transitioning and restructuring to ensure future viability. Over my time with Lush Australasia, we were able to turn around the sales performance to be one of the fastest growing businesses in Lush Global and we were also awarded Employer of the Year in NZ. In my role, it was key to inspire, motivate and develop our store managers and staff. My role included training, talent development and assessment, company strategy, brand awareness, business and sales strategy, marketing and people management, external sale opportunities. I developed a range of Training and Development materials including a performance assessment program "Dressed for Success"​ and a "Trainee Manager Development Program". I also implemented new recruitment processes and communication lines. I also covered the maternity leave of the Retail Director for 6 months from July 2011 to January 2012.
