I also joined a team at the beginning phase of launching a new product to an existing market. In this task I was able to work with the background analysis of the internal and external environment. (Customers, Market, Competitors, and Product Offerings) I participated in workshops where we developed customer personas, customer buying journeys and product differentiators. This product became the focus of my thesis report that will be turned in at the end of May. In addition to the 2 main projects, I also added value by doing several ad hoc jobs within the department that included some investigation tasks, attending meetings with various stakeholders, and presenting market trends to the corporate communications and marketing department as well as the internal marketing network from all of Haldor Topsoe.
