• Performed online administrative tasks including refunds, order changes, and sales activations. Reconciled our nightly sales between the front-end site and our back-end merchant bank.
• Revamped online FAQs and Web navigation, and enhanced the user interface; cut the customer inquiry volume by 50%.
• As the artist roster expanded from 12 to 60 acts a year, renovated navigation and copy for the website and print materials to standardize extensive procedures for new employee training and to integrate legal department changes.
