Create and implement methodologies around: people retention, performance evaluations, motivation, wellbeing and talent development
Design and implement action plans, mentoring /coaching sessions for the team members, talent development sessions, as well as career development sessions
Design and implement action plans, mentoring and/or coaching sessions and programs
Lead talent management and career management programs for leadership and operational teams
Propose various ways of recognizing and rewarding individual and team achievements
Leading employee connects through different ways: conduct team meetings, 1on1s, focus groups, open doors, team activities, fun hours
Accurately and timely report and update the information on salaries, leaves, incentives and any other information related to human resources practices
Recruiting and selection of new team members
Understand, monitor & influence key operating levels (bench, span, overtime, untaken leaves, etc.)
Owner of the engagement budget, look for meaningful ways of utilization
