Created an internal sales mantra for all associates to understand and live by. I worked consistently with all sales reps in a CRM format and to allow our marketing to augment their sales process, again in CRM format. Built the data center from literally a shell, and utilized my engineering/architecture/technical background to manage the project from inception to completion and eventual staffing and on-going utilization.
