• Proactively communicate with the CHRO, and other members of the HR team to ensure alignment within HR function.
• Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies.
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.
• Conduct effective, thorough and objective investigations, with documentation.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR policies and practices by attending webinars, industry functions, reading, listening to podcasts, etc.
• Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation to constituent teams.
• Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development).
• Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
• Provide guidance and input on functional restructures, workforce planning, succession planning, and compensation.
• Identify training needs for business units and individual coaching needs.
