I’m an experienced business owner and operator with over seven years of success in retail management, operations, and strategic growth. I founded and ran two thriving retail businesses—The Heirloom Shop and Little Bit of Honey—where I led everything from day-to-day operations to long-term planning and brand development. At The Heirloom Shop, I grew revenue by over 300% through smart inventory management, strong vendor relationships, and creative marketing campaigns.
