At this position I had to take upon myself a lot of lead-esque duties such as: - organizing the team, - mentorship, helping other dev - breaking down the business problems into small bites sized problems for the team with our management. On the technical side of things what we have is an ERP software that we are building from scratch with the regular React stack and Mantine as our design system and UI library.

Most of the job came down to working with backend, huge amounts of nested API calls, get this rst, then another request with the data we got etc, typical frontend things :)
Shortly summarized what I did:
- Maintained and contributed to the local UI library
- Refactoring, across multiple projects(we had a huge backlog of tech. debt)
- Converting the ideas of serious business people into fun and engaging UI
Really loved the job, but had to quit because, well, you probably know why.

My main role on the team was the creation of a local library with reusable components, since the app had 3 different versions, which were all developed separately.
I used storybook as an environment to develop the components in isolation and demo/showcasing them, CSS modules(SCSS) with a few PostCSS plugins for styling :)
