Feb. 2014 - Jul. 2018Fort Mill, SC- Manage SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) business processes within order processing, pricing, customer and article masterfile, inventory management, warranty claims, rebates and warehousing. - Manage SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) roles working closely with IT, Controlling, Finance and other SAP module teams. - Create and maintain reference documentation for the local Key User Community. - Assist in the development and implementation of business processes among the USA and Canada. - Coordinate with other SD module teams to improve the functionality of SAP (SD) with the goal of increasing customer service. - Work with all business Units including, Original Equipment, Replacement, Export, Intercompany, National Accounts, and Government Sales for the Passenger/Light Truck, Commercial, Commercial Specialty and Two Wheel Divisions. - Make necessary changes to the Customer Masterfile in relation to any related fields affecting Sales - Manage Winshuttle and MASS programs to make large amounts of changes - Assist with any pricing related functions to assist with invoicing and to ensure end of month sales.
