• Business Development, sales planning, and general marketing, regularly achieving both sales and revenue targets. • Establishing supplementary revenue streams to ensure business sustainability and profitability.
• Established all personnel plans in line with the targets and directions set by the university, including Personal Development Plans for all employees.
• Led a team of 40 permanent staff and 28 contracted staff to achieve the overall strategies set for the business, by implementing individual training and development plans for all staff. • Overall financial and risk management, including the preparation and presentation of annual revenue and expense budgets, business strategies, and overall risk management, for Board approval. • Strengthened relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the business is operating as a profitable business unit within the university environment.
• Negotiated lease contracts with all tenants, to add to the bottom line of the business through sustainable business relationships.
• Developed and implemented monthly staff performance plans against set KPIs.
