After spending a few years reporting on general news, doing some court reporting, spending time in the editing office, and putting the newspaper together, I joined the corporate world in various roles as a communications specialist and editor. Throughout my career, I've launched many news publications, consumer magazines and corporate publications, including writing and compiling annual financial reports, newsletters and marketing collateral. I've written articles on various topics, from technology, environmental sustainability, innovation and entrepreneurship to profiling exciting people. I am adventurous and love to write about my own experiences, whether hiking up a majestic mountain or mountain biking over a few days. I enjoy long-form writing, research- and report writing, and shorter, impactful social media content and blogging. I love writing and telling stories unpretentiously, using simple language to demystify complex concepts to readers who do not necessarily understand the field of study but would love to know more. Moreover, I am curious and love to share other people's stories on paper.
