- Development of each team member’s competencies in order to optimize their evolution in their function/career
- Reporting of the results of the team, analysis of results, determination and follow up of action points
- Recruitment and selection (in collaboration with Recruitment Department) As a team we won 6 out of 7 National Sales Competition days.
