• Performed scheduled/unscheduled maintenance on 132 F404-GE-400 engines, fuel systems and power plant related systems on 66 F/F-18A/B/C/D aircraft.
• Assisted in the timely completion of over 2,500 unscheduled maintenance actions to include the removal and replacement of 74 F404-GE- 400 engines, 6 aircraft fuel cells, and 7 auxiliary power units. Instrumental in the command completing of over 6,400 sorties, over 7,300 flight hours, and the qualification of 75 Fleet Replaced Pilots.
• Maintained over 110 training records. Received a grade of “on track” during a Commander Naval Air Forces Aviation Maintenance Inspection.
• Assisted Aviation Intermediate Maintenance Detachment Lemoore with troubleshooting, isolating, and repairing 20 external fuel tanks, resulting in a 25 percent increase in ready for issue assets.
• Assisted in training and qualifying 112 new plane captains.
• Qualified Plane Captain, Move Director, Brake Rider, Intake Diver, and Final Checker.
