May. 2013Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates• Currently responsible for the stores daily, monthly, yearly operations and finance reports to be preparation and handover to higher managements to do presentation. • Hold accountability of receiving and inspecting all incoming materials and reconciling with purchase orders; processing and distributing documentation with purchase orders; reporting, documenting and tracking damages and discrepancies on orders received.
• Analyze and tally the GRN summery; update and maintain internal accounting databases and spreadsheets; prepare sales reports and other special reports.
• Diligently receive & store documents and confidential files; and maintain records of approved documents/confidential files.
• Utilize strong skills in monthly and yearly stock count; filling supply requisitions; assisting buyers to order adequate merchandise and supplies; and delivering orders.
• Judiciously book invoices, create PO’S and do orders daily.
• Strategize the management of store operations, ensuring optimum inventory levels to achieve maximum cost savings without hampering the operations process • Staff Scheduling, overtime counting & overtime updating into SAP system.
• Make Analytic Power point presentation for the Business purposes and Arrange guidelines for profit & Lost meetings for higher managements. • Maintain the HR Documents with Records & Arrange the official, non-official events & Functions.
• Identifying the loopholes in the business and suggesting and execute the strong plans to achieve the positive results.
