- HRBP for all business functions providing coaching for leaders and team members to achieve company goals, building a career path for them and conflicts management. - People Survey application for all LATAM employees, data analyses, action plan and monitoring planning.
- Responsible for the LATAM and EMEA Compensation and Benefits area, implementing the Mercer methodology, as well as defining positions, salaries and job descriptions for the Canadian Solar group. Definition of structure, recognition plans and application of the global merit and variable compensation program. - Start-up of Human Resources area in Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Chile and Colombia, implementing market policies and practices to create HR bases: Compensation and Benefits, Payroll, Recruitment & Selection, Training and Development, Union Negotiation and Facilities.
- Customer service focused on leadership development and succession plans, working as Business Partner of the areas and strategically focused on business results.
- Compliance Management charged not just with keeping a company’s business dealings ethically sound and legally pristine, but with educating the entire company and instituting practices that will ensure the highest possible level of compliance.
- Responsible for the implementation of HRSAP/Success Factors Latin America, participating in the initial development of each interface as well as the dissemination and implementation of performance evaluation, goal setting, Employee Central and etc.
- Training and Development for the LATAM team: Climate Research, Leadership Training, Compliance Management, Canadian Solar International policies and procedures.
