Lead a team of dedicated support personal providing world class service to 1,200 medical provider, 15,000 daily users, and 500,000 patients using our patient portal. The average time to close each case is 15 minutes. Empowered the Implementation team to design the best process for each type of learning style of our clients. This allowed the team to reduce the amount of training time from an average of five months down to three months. The process was flexible enough to enable a couple of practices to be live in eight weeks. This newly empowered implementation team was also able to reduce travel by 34%. Created a security environment where all staff understood the importance of security allowing a 100% compliance of encrypted hard drives and physical security of devices and data. Actively engaged with clients to keep them happy with the services and products we provided. In four years Altos never lost a client to a competitor. Personally handled escalated client complaints via phone or on-site visits. Maintained open communication with all clients to keep abreast of any festering issues.
