• Lead a sales and operations team providing guidance, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented culture to increase sales conversion rates by 13%. • Develop and oversee the implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's objectives, focusing on digital marketing efforts, including SEO, content marketing, paid campaigns, and CRO to reduce CPL and increase lead generation by 59%.
• Provide regular reports on operational OKRs and KPIs to the executive team and stakeholders on the Clinical Advisory Board, and board meetings with C-suite executives and private equity investors.
• Work with various finance, marketing, and operations departments to ensure synergy, and execute comprehensive business strategies that position our company as a leader in health education.
• Foster relationships and leading negotiations with key pharmaceutical and medical device partners to drive revenue growth by over $200K. • Serve as a thought leader in the industry, presenting and representing the company at conferences and events to maintain a strong industry presence.
• Build and oversee budgets, working closely with the finance team to establish forecasts and financial models that support operational initiatives and maximize profitability.
• Drive the strategy of the entire product lifecycle from program scope to deployment through coordinating people, vendor support, and marketing initiatives.
