I operate as both a lead consultant and project leader, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing relationships with executive stakeholders. Selected engagements include: • Led the strategic framing of a product innovation initiative for the innovation lab of a global payments company, orchestrating multi-stakeholder alignment in a high-uncertainty context. The engagement resulted in a validated portfolio of new opportunities, including two business models with an estimated revenue potential of over €18M. • Delivered a data strategy engagement for a Latin American fintech, applying a maturity diagnostic to connect organizational and technical challenges to business value. The result was a prioritized roadmap and structured opportunity backlog that positioned data as a strategic transformation pillar within the organization. • Conducted a strategic exploration of crypto-assets for a traditional bank, aligning future-looking initiatives with institutional priorities and the central bank’s DREX agenda. The output supported executive decisions and was shared with regulators as a reference point for innovation in financial services. • Led the internal restructuring of the company’s digital & innovation portfolio, integrating fragmented services into a cohesive consulting narrative centered on client challenges. This work influenced not only the unit’s value proposition but also the positioning of other business units across the firm. I also represent Ilegra at global forums like Web Summit, Token2049, and ANBIMA Summit — contributing to executive-level discussions on digital strategy, generative AI, and business model innovation.
