In 1994 I was placed in Nordea Bank head office in Stockholm, where I worked with both inter-bank trading and later regional trade actively trading interest-bearing securities. In 1995, I transferred to the foreign exchange and was responsible for the relocation of the regional foreign exchange dealings to Sundsvall. It was an interesting time where I got my experience in customers´ import/export business and in helping clients in various issues of interest / currency-risks. It should be added that this period was characterized by, then as now, financial stress.
