- Responsible for identifying partnership opportunities, developing fully integrated marketing plans for collaboration drops, and activating marketing plans with the intent of driving brand awareness, affinity, and product sell through
- Work in close partnership with brand marketing and cross-functional teammates (social media, influencer, PR, content strategy, sales) to identify collaboration opportunities, and create an annual collaboration roster and calendar
- Support the evaluation, development, and negotiation of partner contracts from pitch to closing
- Manage the relationship with agency partners in the development of partnership strategy
- Lead execution of partnership agreements end to end, providing partners with excellent service and ensuring that all internal and external partnership requirements are met on time
- Aid in co-branded asset creation and promotion, working with external partners, creative teams, content creators, social and email teams to ensure all co-branded content is effectively produced and disseminated
- Build and maintain performance dashboard to drive visibility into the impact of the partnerships, harvest learnings, and drive future evolutions - constantly improving upon processes and integrating learnings into future collaborations
- Manage the evaluation of incoming brand partnership opportunities, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Maintain the brand partnership budget
