Recruitment fulfilled in 9 months for a division of 30 people. Implementation & coordination of a management team for the delivery of a 620m2 luxury flagship store in Haikou, Hainan, China. Agreement - delivered in 7 months. Acquisition of a 200m2 Parisian residence for luxury hospitality, networking and influence, press interviews, and the presentation of “Les Ateliers Camus” works by integrating a showroom. Recruitment of concierge and implementation. Definition and implementation of processes between the pillars of the luxury division and their inteface with the existing organization. Change management and intra-company coordination and communication.
