Expertly negotiate favorable prices/terms with airlines, hotels, host sites, and vendors across the globe to facilitate events. Assume full ownership of training national sales team members on best sales practices (prospecting, presentations, negotiation, etc.) to enable each team member to excel and exceed corporate targets. This includes have built a unique platform for professionally developing strategic sales leader to drive team growth. The training and leadership have been instrumental in the team achieving an average of 15% growth annually. Present regular reports to the National Director on current and forecasted sales, as well as team performance. Was recognized with awards for Best Developed Region by a Manager in 2013, 14, and 15. Was honored for producing the most awarded and highest performing sales leaders across the company’s international portfolio in 2014, 15, and 16.
