∙ Development and administration of training for all levels of the OFSC application for the Brazil and Latin America team
∙ Elaboration and estimation of effort and definition of scope of solution involving Field Service Management application for commercial proposals
∙ Consulting in the analysis of problems, proposal of solutions and improvements of systems and processes
∙ Preparation of assessment reports and presentation of results Relevant Projects ∙ Leadership in the implementation of software solutions and applications as a service "SaaS" in more than 8 clients
∙ Implementation support in 5 clients with national operations in the following segments: Telecom, Transportation of Securities, Banking Systems, Fleet and Retail Monitoring in Brazil, Mexico, Chile and Argentina
∙ Planning and execution of the training program for telecommunications analysts with operations in 5 Latin American countries and development of the material and implementation of Spanish classes Results ∙ Implementation of 10 complete Field Service Management (OFSC) implementations in Brazil, Mexico, Argentina and Chile, including training and qualification of operational and administrative teams
∙ Two complete assessments focused on solving problems of systems and business processes
∙ Implementation of approximately 80% of solution proposals
∙ Increase of loyal customers to 100% and demanding new service proposals
