Posting set positions online with job sites, college sites, and newspapers. Working with colleges and city for recruitment in job fairs. Performing background checks, DOT testing and verifying drivers license. Setting up interviews over the phone or via Skype. Once hired, arranging time to meet with new individual to go over orientation. New hire paperwork, tour of campus and introductions are performed. Worked with various states for recruitment at the other locations. Helpwith benefit enrollment, 401k enrollment and other needs that the individual may need assistance for. Provided guidance for managers towards performance and disciplinary actions. Worked as a liaison for issues that may be occurring with coworkers, management or other issues. Answering any payroll questions and helping set up payroll for new hire individuals or current employees. Helping with open enrollment.
