Work with Marketing and Product Development to generate technical, promotional and sales strategies and materials to be used in the field, in front of the customer and at trade shows. Use design programs (Adobe CS, Final Cut Pro, Fireworks, etc) to create videos, print materials and web content/messages from concept to completion. Write and distribute press releases, social media messages and collateral copy. Maintain, update and report on ROI from trade shows and work with finance to stay within all budgeting parameters. Create and implement focus groups and surveys to collect customer input and gather information on competition. Plan, monitor and attend over 60+ trade shows including logistic, market message, trade show materials and vendor management. Pack and coordinate shipments of trade show booth/materials. Attend seven major shows as on-site manager. Work with vendors including printers, magazine reps and freelance designers. Develop and track email and direct mail campaigns. Plan yearly sales meeting from logistics to content. Work with sales, management and marketing (domestic and international) to coordinate company newsletters, individual sales rep territory campaigns and all other marketing communications needs using Adobe CS and/or Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Power Point, etc).
