Management: • Managed development of the Health Information Management System “Leave No One Behind” (LNOB), to collect aggregate data on the affected populations seeking care from the WHO Mobile Emergency Primary Care Unit (MEPU) program teams, and to establish a preliminary electronic health record (EHR) and medical history for patients. • Oversaw and coordinated activities within the Information Management team (2 international IT consultants, 2 WHO-contracted consultants, 2 National staff) for application development • Launched, updated and maintained the LNOB application in the conflict-affected area with a pilot team of 9 MEPUs. Conducted field visits to assess monitoring practices and liaise with both field officers and implementing partners to inform development of data collection tools. Acted as support for and participant in eHealth reform activities, • Organized and served as a member of the WHO EURO DIR eHealth and Health Information Assessment mission in Kyiv, Ukraine. • Frequent collaboration with World Bank, various members of the Ministry of Health in Ukraine, and additional WHO Program Managers and partners to coordinate WHO activities and the World Bank “Serving People, Improving Health” project. • Supported activities led by eHealth technical experts from EURO DIR with the Ministry of Health, with regard to Health Care reform and planned eHealth Initiatives.

Resulting data used to generate results for processing and publication. Additionally, data is processed per the request of international partner-NGOs for their own use and presentations. *Revised data cleaning and entry process to be more accurate, handled the re-cleaning and re-entry of over 3000 subjects and six cumulative years of research in two countries. *Restructured operations and student involvement to be more efficient and collaborative. Held twice-weekly data tutorials and training sessions for students to ensure they could independently collect and process data while working domestically and at project sites. *Created master guides on proper data cleaning, entry, interpretation, storage, and analysis for future students and project participants to learn from and use as references. *Collaborated with consultant statistician to devise and implement new identification codes that allow for longitudinal analysis of research and intervention participants across multiple years and seven different countries. Used SPSS analysis of final data to generate results for international partner-NGOs and COHNP students for their own use.
