Closely monitor downloads and registrations to measure success and refine messaging. • Work closely with C Suite, physicians, clients, product managers, internal and external Subject Matter Experts to ensure proper messaging for a complex product with ever changing government mandates. • Founding member of the company’s first social media team - helped implement an aggressive yet balanced strategy for Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Google Plus. • Manage the company’s You Tube presence - including hot links and monetization. • Work with Marketing Operations and Outcomes Team to determine campaign success and refine marketing plans based upon successes and challenges both during and after campaigns. • Direct strategy for over 80 local and national trade shows per year including pre and post show communications, trade show booth messaging, ancillary events and in-booth promotions. • Execute prospect nurturing campaigns and leverage thought leadership to cultivate interest and generate leads . • Create client marketing initiatives for both cross-selling and client retention. • Develop highly targeted campaigns to respond to competition and prevent client attrition.
