Mar. 2020Brasil, Argentina and Chile· P&L responsibility for the Southern Cone region, comprising subsidiaries and rep offices in Brazil, Chile, Argentina; reporting to the Global CEO (USA).
· Responsible for defining and implementing corporate strategy, growth pillars, annual plan, rolling forecast, organizational structure, corporate guidelines, and people engagement.
· Leading the areas of Sales, Marketing, Operations, Customer Service, Finance & Administration.
· Monitoring of economic scenario in the countries, market dynamics, competitive environment, positioning, opportunities for the entrance in new markets and niches, innovations.
· Market dimensioning and segmentation, potential targets, commercial approach model, product and service portfolio matrix, pricing.
· Management of the distributor network, definition of business targets, design of joint strategies and capacitation plan.
· Visits to clients / prospects, understanding of their needs, presentation of product and service portfolio, preparation of commercial proposals, customized solutions, opportunities flow and deal concretization.
· Monitoring of financial, market, operational and commercial indicators.
· Presentation of results to the global senior leadership (USA); discussion and approval of business ideas and strategic alignment.
