Jun. 2017San Diego, CaliforniaSystems Engineer at Visage Imaging since June 26th, '17 -Installed and configured the Visage 7 PACS software (OpenSUSE) on the customer backend and render servers, using existing documentation and providing updates to internal documentation as the product improved. - Prepared, shipped, and received technical and marketing equipment for demonstrations used at potential customer sites and major trade show events such as The Radiology Society of North America (RNSA), SIIM Meeting, SBI Conference, and more. This included: Ensuring AIO servers and workstations were up-to-date (both Windows and the Visage software). Coordinating with the scheduled onsite Visage support team members to ensure all necessary equipment is packed. Coordinating with third-party shipping services to schedule, track, and receive Visage demo equipment. Setting up mock demos in-house and testing equipment before boxing and shipping. - Acted as Level 1 Support (phones and ticketing system) to diagnose and resolve complex networking and software issues, using analytical skills to troubleshoot problems and ensure the stability and functionality of systems of each customer system. - Trained customers: Supported onsite Go-Lives for multiple customers, working closely with heads of different departments to better understand the needs of each hospital system, and continued training and supporting users remotely after all Go-Live phases were completed.
