During my role as a Systems Engineer at Visage Imaging, I have worked on managing installations and configurations of the Visage 7 PACS software on client servers. This ensured smooth functionality and allowed me to update internal documentation to reflect on evolving product improvements. My responsibilities also involved providing first-level phone and ticket support, where I regularly resolved complex networking and software issues, while escalating higher-priority tickets and calls appropriately.
A key aspect of my work was prioritizing client needs and expectations, leveraging my strong communication skills to ensure seamless transitions and foster collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams. I believe my success in this role was bolstered by a range of interpersonal skills, including team collaboration, active listening, and conflict resolution. My adaptability and problem-solving capabilities allowed me to navigate unexpected challenges efficiently, while my customer service focus reinforced trust and satisfaction with clients. Each day, I aimed to create an environment of open communication, contributing to a supportive and solution-oriented workplace.
Outside of work, I bring the same enthusiasm and energy to my personal life. I’m passionate about jiujitsu, which keeps me disciplined, mentally sharp, and helps me focus on my physical and mental health. I also love hiking—nothing beats the thrill of reaching a mountain summit! Photography lets me capture life’s moments, whether that is a scenic landscape or a candid snapshot of friends.
