This closed loop E-commerce has 4,3 million civil service members across Indonesia. Direct in developing the department’s strategic plan, which addresses critical issues in the marketing and communications area. This plan will set out objectives for each strategic area of the department and outlines plans for achieving those objectives. Essential duties and responsibilities are:
1. Actively lead, build and manage the corporate communications team
2. Ensure new communications campaigns and programs are aimed at reaching marketing targets.
3. Manage brand delivery and consistency across all markets for all product lines within TokTok.id
4. Build and manage the corporate communications budget.
5. Determine projects which should be completed internally and externally. Manage relationships with outside vendors as necessary.
6. Drive continuous process improvements and implement best practices to manage projects efficiently.
7. Collaborate closely with managers in Marketing, Business Development and Sales. Achievements:
1. Led the Pre-opening team member to create Business Plan, Business Flow for TokTok.id
2. Developed successful, detailed and integrated marketing and brand strategy in line with the strategic vision of TokTok.id version 1.0 in 2016
3. Participated in and was a key contributor in driving the business Launched by the Presiden of the Republik of Indonesia, November 2016
4. Introduced an integrated marketing and communications strategy in support of business development activities resulting in record lead generation, brand awareness
