I oversee the company’s visual identity, managing the design and execution of marketing materials, sales decks, brochures, and digital assets used across procurement, client presentations, and internal communications. This includes maintaining brand cohesion across print, web, and email campaigns. Operationally, I manage accounts receivable, coordinating directly with clients to ensure timely payments and accurate invoicing. I also support procurement processes by designing and formatting bid proposals, compliance forms, and pricing sheets tailored to each government contract. In addition to design and finance operations, I contribute to web content updates, minor outbound marketing, and strategic presentation planning for executive-level pitches. I serve as a key partner to the CEO in shaping Munidex’s public image, ensuring every external touchpoint reflects professionalism and clarity.
