Team size: 1000+ employees Currently, I'm working as part of a global HR-team. I'm responsible for hiring C-level and technical candidates for the IT/Product/Digital directions - Forged impactful partnerships with hiring managers and stakeholders, immersing in their needs to craft compelling closing strategies, resulting in a 15% increase in successful hires;
