I led team meetings to clarify weekly goals and facilitate communication between all the team members and make them aware of all the moving parts in each project. I helped keep the team on track throughout the week to maintain our goals and meet our deadlines. I also created marketing pieces such as packages for multifamily real estate listings, Just Listed and Sold postcards, email blasts, property website content, and press release drafts. I designed page layouts, wrote and edited copy, coordinated photography, and other design needs, as well as oversaw the approval process of all marketing pieces. I maintained records of all sales data for my team. I also acted as the hub of communication between my team, clients, the corporate office, and outside escrow officers concerning property closings, due diligence documents, and record maintenance. In addition to these duties, I did market research that could affect the apartment housing market including academic research tools, business journals, local news outlets, and other sources of reliable information.
