Recognizing and ensuring all Terms and Conditions of the Sales Agreement and/or Change of Control terms are satisfied. - Identifying Change of Control triggers, informing leaders of cost implications and providing alternative options the business can take. - Partnered with Compensation team to develop retention strategies and worked with Sr leadership to identify high performing and highly skilled talent.
