- Did pre-run diagnostics to ensure sites are upgrade ready and that all necessary data packages were present
- If not ready, reported to relevant parties for actions to be taken to make site upgrade ready
- Kicked off upgrade at pre-determined and agreed times
- Monitored upgrade processes and reported any issues experienced to team of standby technicians
- Did daily post upgrade feedback session with business
- Followed up with sites not upgraded as scheduled, monitored problem resolution and rescheduled upgrades where necessary
