Mar. 2022 - Dec. 2024In my role as Marketing Manager, I built critical communications products and high-value marketing partnerships that helped to lift 4.6 million households out of the digital divide. • Single-handedly drove the creation of the PromoteACP resource hub, a portfolio of multilingual assets – overseeing the translation, copy editing, and creative process, setting up the online functionality using WooCommerce, and launching the tool. 3,000+ partner organizations downloaded resources.
• Built successful partnerships with community-based organizations, housing authorities, local municipalities, school districts, and library systems nationwide by supporting project management for cross-functional teams and developing robust marketing tracking and analysis frameworks.
• Designed the strategic planning framework and tracker for the Your Home, Your Internet FCC grant partnership to support adoption efforts and partner reporting requirements.
• Led the Government Affairs team’s communication strategy, including a multi-month, segmented email advocacy campaign, to activate partner organizations.
• Cross-functionally conceptualized a proposal for a permanent benefit solution and met with Congressional representatives and industry stakeholders to gain support for our position.
• Created internal dashboard outreach trackers and presentation decks used to support thematic goal reporting to senior leadership and full-staff.
• Founding member of EducationSuperHighway’s culture-building committee.
