There was a team of 17 staff under my control and this time provided an exciting learning opportunity in managing a multidisciplinary team. In 2012, AIB made the strategic decision to close two of those outlets and my role was to manage this transition to minimise the customer impact and to work with the staff through the significant changes presented by this decision.
