Apr. 2012 - May. 2017Arlington, VirginiaAs a Military Training Analyst I develop and present over 25 quarterly training assessment deliverables (power point presentations, information/point papers, speaking points) to Executive Level supervisors for all Naval Education and Training Command Learning Sites and Navy personnel resulting in the best informed and advised training decisions supporting the Department of the Navy and Department of Defense strategic objectives. As a Process Improvement and Efficient Leader I directly lead the annual Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) efforts in Operational Net Assessment, analysis, and validation of over 600,000 Navy education and training quotas for the Department of the Navy. I identify improved and sustained efficiencies in Navy training resources and capability through detailed analysis and assessment providing the Director for Navy Training, Manpower, and Education informed decisions with practical solutions. I am also a proven leader, mentor, and senior analyst. This position affords me the opportunity to grow, learn, mentor, and succeed. Our ability to provide real-time assessments with critical decision making recommendations on essential enlisted training capabilities to senior executives and leaders is exciting.
