Manage Crises, Disaster recovery, Incidents and root cause, change management and tickets addressing and problem-solving using Service now, Jira and IT Ticket tracking tools Technical experience in the PMI book, assuring execution time reduction time to response, costs, budget and removing impediments, assuring client Constantly interaction, cordiality professionality and posture all relationship from bottom to top executives, Director in all levels Managing conflicts and morals, making a better environment and fluent environment and team work.
Coordinate and managed projects aligned with company strategies and objectives, continuous improvement, modernization prisonizations, gaining savings of cost and time to Maintained the project technical documentation up to date, analogia gaps, vulnerabilities and failures on the processes, in accordance with legal requirements for each location and ensuring confidential information is protected, such as Personal information, PI and SPI, in accordance with international and company regimentations, assuring the Project integrity
