In addition to the main position, I led the deployment and integration of new database software within the Educational Psychological Service, including system setup, configuration, and data migration, ensuring a seamless transition and minimal disruption to daily operations.
Designed and delivered comprehensive training programs for staff and stakeholders on the effective use of new database software, including hands-on workshops, instructional materials, and user guides tailored to various skill levels.
