One of the first things we built out was an internal knowledge library of best practices, product knowledge, industry research, and how-to guides. The objective of this was to make it super easy for the sales team to find whatever they were looking for. We also put together a comprehensive 30, 60, 90-day #onboardingprogram to ensure that all #SalesDevelopmentReps, #InsidesSalesReps, and #FieldSalesReps had the right resources to excel. On top of devising this plan, we had to create pretty much every piece of content from scratch. Tracking what resources were being used across the sales organisation and how our efforts were impacting the overall performance of the team was also hugely important to the overall success of the sales team.
