Sep. 2018 - Feb. 2019Nuneaton, England, United KingdomIn my previous role as a Class Teacher and SENCO for children with learning difficulties, autism, and social, emotional, and mental health needs, I was privileged to be part of a dedicated team working to provide the best possible education and support to our students. Although I had to leave this role due to unforeseen circumstances, I am immensely proud of the impact I had on the students and the inclusive learning environment we cultivated. Accomplishments: Successfully supported students in achieving their individualized learning goals and making significant progress in their academic and personal development.
Collaborated with external agencies to secure additional resources and support services for students with complex needs.
Fostered a culture of inclusion within the school, recognized by both parents and colleagues as a positive and transformative force.
Developed and implemented innovative strategies for sensory integration, communication development, and behavior management. Note: Although I had to leave this role due to unforeseen circumstances, I remain passionate about special education and am eager to continue making a difference in the lives of students with diverse learning needs in future roles.
