Dec. 2020 - Dec. 2021St Louis, Missouri, United States-Oversee the entire customer lifecycle from implementation to onboarding to growth and ultimately, client success.
-Acquire a comprehensive understanding of clients’ industry and business challenges and foster relationships with key client stakeholders.
-Execute on programs that facilitate onboarding, increase and deepen product usage by learners to maximize overall value to the client, and secure high client satisfaction, work with clients on renewals and long-term account growth.
-Be a strategic expert and thought leader so you can intelligently educate our customers on the value of BizLibrary products.
-Ensure clients are aware and accessing all resources BizLibrary has to offer, from training, support services, new release information, events and best practices.
-Seek opportunities for multi-threading, enhancement and new product adaptation.
-Identify potential customization and data integration opportunities and collect initial requirements for handoff to the Professional Services team.
-Serve as point of escalation for critical client issues and collaborate with support, professional services and development to resolve issues and help remove barriers.
-Contribute to internal discussions of common client challenges with product and management teams.
-Closely work with and monitor “at risk” clients to ensure renewal and/or proper handling.
