I was responsible for a group of educational products focused on teaching mobile development from scratch and facilitating career transitions. ✦ Conducted market research, identified Product-Market Fit and Job-Market Fit, developed financial models, tested market demand, and successfully secured investment for product development at the C-level. ✦ Have launched two educational products from scratch, offering career-changing programs in mobile development, which then had necessary MRR (NDA). ✦ Additionally, launched two supplementary products that boosted revenue by 1.5x without increasing CAC. ✦ Hired 30+ people, helped a project manager to grow into product manager for one of the key products. ✦ Directly managed two mid-level product managers, and prior to transitioning to a matrix organizational structure, led a team of up to 10 direct reports and oversaw a total of 75 people. ✦ By April 2024, over 200 students successfully graduated from the programs, many of whom transitioned to new careers, significantly changing their lives. ✦ In the early stages, I was hands-on in public events, organizing open days, hosting live streams, and writing articles.

Integrated medical scenarios into operational processes. ✦ Grew MAU share in the app of all insured patients from 22% to 70%. ✦ Reduced overall user debt for medical services by 50%. ✦ Organically increased app ratings from 2.0 to 4.3 in the App Store and 4.4 in Google Play. ✦ Established a continuous feedback loop from users with a CSI of 4.3 for the app, 4.3 for customer service, and 4.7 for doctor appointments. ✦ Launched several features that brought value both to insured patients and the business, such as onboarding service that handles all patient queries at that stage, travel insurance purchase, and patient routing to clinics. ✦ During the COVID-19 pandemic, within a month and a half, we quickly launched several critical health-saving features: psychologist support, MVP of telemedicine, medicine delivery, children’s services, and new tools for company HRs (clients).
