Projects include Turtle Identification, Water Quality Monitoring, Coral Restoration and 3D Coral Mapping. • Managed the project to expand Innoceana’s global presence by negotiating the agreement for the new Innoceana Corcovado Research Center in Costa Rica by partnering with a sustainable hotel chain called Sole Community Planet. • Mentored the CEO and staff to drive process improvements, project management best practices, business development and refocusing resources on the mission, Innoceana’s budget for their ocean conservation projects and overhead has grown year after year from $250,000 to over a $1M in 2024. • As Board Chair for the past 2 years, we have expanded the board expertise and leadership while helping to organization grow.
